Diverting from the typical treatment methods, Charlie Sheen has put together a rehab plan to suit his desire to receive care at his Hollywood home.

The “Two and a Half” men star decided to seek help after being released from Cedars Sinai on Friday following a hernia resulting from two days of nonstop partying.

Of the plan to be administered at-home care, a source said, “He’s getting treatment done at home. He’s doing rehab there.”

Meanwhile, Sheen’s rep is hoping to keep details under wraps, saying, “In compliance with the national health privacy laws (HIPPA), no further information relating to Charlie Sheen’s health or his rehab experience will be released without his written permission. I can say that all of us who know Charlie care about him very much. We will support him in any we can in this journey, beginning by respecting his privacy.”

Since Charlie’s latest incident, filming for his CBS comedy has been brought to a halt, as a network spokesperson explained, “We are profoundly concerned for his health and well-being, and support his decision.”

So I’m sure this must come as a huge surprise to you, but Tila Tequila has a sex tape. I know, gasp right? Anyway, it turns out Vivid Video is entering a legal battle with a porn site named PornHub.com (not really original, but meh) over leaking the sex tape of hers that they legally bought. Which begs the question: Who the hell wants to watch Tila have sex?

Lawyers for Vivid Entertainment fired off a letter to the folks behind Pornhub.com (who are apparently located in the Republic of Cyprus), demanding it remove a five-minute clip of the Tila tape that hit the web last week. Vivid had plans to release the tape this week and wants to keep it fresh. And get this … we’re told Vivid thinks it was an inside job — one of its own leaked the video. SOURCE

An inside job? Really? Jesus, only Vivid Video can make a celebrity sex tape (NOTE: the bar for celebs in porn is set pretty low. We consider a guy who was on Big Brother for two episodes to be a star. Jesus … ) sound like friggin’ Inception. Sure, it may just seem like a scoop, but NOOOO! Clearly, this is the work of Leonardo DiCaprio infiltrating your dreams and shooting himself but OH MY GOD IT WAS ACTUALLY A DREAM!

God I hope no one is a big enough nerd to beat me to that punch. Anyway, remember Alan Tudyk? He was on the super awesome but canceled Firefly, which was the show that launched thousands of nerd-boners, and consequently, twice that amount of nerd blue-balls. Anyhoo, he’s been arrested for a DUI. Sad.

Alan Tudyk — best known for his role as Steve the pirate in the comedy Dodgeball — was arrested on Sunday for suspicion of DUI. Tudyk was pulled over around 1:00 AM after California Highway Patrol officers saw him speeding in his Land Cruiser. Tudyk declined to take a breathalyzer test, but was arrested after he performed poorly on a field sobriety test. Blood test results are still pending. SOURCE

… I’m sorry, what was that TMZ? Alan Tudyk is best known for his role on… DODGEBALL? Fucking DODGEBALL? That decent-but-not-really-that-great Vince Vaughn movie from years ago? NERD RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE! Which, for the record, isn’t all that rageful. It’s pretty much just me imagining River Tam punching Harvey Levin in the kidneys. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ll be in my bunk.

Charlie Sheen has checked himself out of rehab and plans on continuing his treatment in his own home. His rep has released this statement regarding his rehab experience: 

“In compliance with the national health privacy laws (HIPPA), no further information relating to Charlie Sheen’s health or his rehab experience will be released without his written permission,” his rep tells Us in a statement. “I can say that all of us who know Charlie care about him very much. We will support him in any we can in this journey, beginning by respecting his privacy.”

His show Two and a Half Men was put on hiatus Friday and the network told US that they were in support of him seeking help. If he’s not willing to stay in rehab more than a week I can’t see him getting the help he needs.

Continuing to receive help as she eases into life after rehab, Demi Lovato was spotted arriving at A New Journey Eating Disorder Center in Santa Monica, California on Monday (January 31).

The “Camp Rock” star seemed to be in a bit of a hurry to get inside as she flashed a quick smile while toting her notebook in preparation of the day’s treatment lessons.

Having checked out of rehab and moved back to Los Angeles this past Friday, reports tell that Miss Lovato is still on hiatus with the Disney Channel – as they will wait to begin working with Demi until her camp feels that she’s ready.

As for her music, the 18-year-old plans to tour later this year and is going to focus on making sure ticket prices are affordable for her fans.
